Ask your agent for details. You may choose either Free move services or the rebate as listed : Free move hourly services are for 2 men. There are no extra charges for distance or floors. Tenant is responsible for overages of time at the mover's hourly rate in ten minute increments. ** Rebate and Free Move Services value amounts are limited to a maximum of 50% of the total  locators commission   Why do we offer free move services by the hour? We have found that you get the best deal when you contract moves by the hour.  Some sites may try to offer to move itemized items so that you might have more stuff so they can "nickel and dime" you to charge extra..  We have found that these moving times should be plenty if you are organized. Furthermore. the movers can schedule better when they have a time limit. Move times include travel time from your old location to new location for most movers.  If you use more time than the allotted times above, the mover may charge you in 15 minute increments.  This is still often cheaper than itemized item moves and "zoned" move areas. You can expect your rebate check usually 4-8 weeks from move-in.  Once you notify us where you have leased. we will invoice the property and send you your check when we receive the invoice. The rebate amount will be based on the effective rent the property uses to determine commission, not the market rent of the unit. How can we offer Rebates and Free move services? Metro has always been a "full-service" apartment and rental locator and we have worked with the apartment communities for years. Our agents are consistently the most experienced in the community. However you may have noticed some web sites that merely give a general listing of apartments and offer money or a so-called "Free Move" to be listed as a referral while offering minimal assistance.  We at Metro have decided to offer our expertise plus a state of the art online search system for you as well as our individual expertise rather than merely offer an itemized move and limited service which may cost you because you have extra items.  As long as the apartment community you select allows us, We offer our rebates not as an inducement to list us as a referral source but rather as a thank you for using our expert services.    Disclosures, Terms and Conditions and Details By using this site you agree to use your Metro agent as your tenant agent or independent contractor where applicable in assisting your apartment and rental search Our online service is ALWAYS FREE. The apartments pay us a commission and provide data to our professionals to help procure residents and we collect the best data to assist you in your search. As a thank you to using our online services we offer additional free move services or a rebate to you. By using our online services you agree to  credit Metro Apartment Locators on your guest card and rental application on the apartment or rental where you lease. You will notify Metro at the earliest possible time to arrange your move or rebate. You may use one of several independent contractors on our list to provide Free move services to move you or you can receive a cash rebate directly from Metro once the commission is paid. By Law in Texas, any rebate by a licensee is subject to the consent of the principal the licensee represents. Rebates or free moves may be subject to the permission of the property and you will assist Metro in obtaining permission where required. Rebates or Free Move services are offered for Apartment leases only of 6 months or longer. If consent of the rebate/free move service is required by law or contract by the property and not given, Metro is not obligated to offer free move or rebate. If the apartment community withholds a commission for any reason, Metro is not obligated to offer free move or rebate. You agree to hold Metro harmless of any liability or damages to persons or  property caused by contractors used to provide Free move services.
